Esam helps individuals achieve their dreams through coaching and being a partnering in their success.
Throughout his career of 28 years, mainly in leadership roles, he practiced coaching and mentoring within the organisation as part of a development plan specially for young talent.
Esam also gained great insights through several executive programs which he completed at Wharton Business School University of Pennsylvania, London Business School and the American University of Sharjah.
